Lights, Camera, Friendship on the Spectrum

Stephen's love of performing grew from the stage into film and television.

He began with "Right on Q" Theater, performing in several stage productions and musicals. From there, he appeared as an extra in 24Flix: Don't Say My Name.

In 2019, Stephen attended Joey Travolta's film camp, where he acted in The Bizarre Zone. That experience eventually led to a much bigger opportunity.

In 2024, Stephen was selected to take part in Lights, Camera, Friendship on the Spectrum, directed by Joey Travolta. The series brought together young adults on the autism spectrum from different cities to build friendships, try new experiences, and connect in real life. Stephen was one of 12 participants who spent a week together in Amelia Island, Florida, while cameras followed the friendships and experiences that unfolded.

For Stephen, the friendships became one of the most meaningful parts of the project. He loved working with the cast and crew, and Joey Travolta became someone especially important to him. Stephen affectionately calls him "my man."

Since then, Stephen has walked the red carpet at the San Diego International Film Festival for the past two years, along with the Vero Beach Film Festival in Florida.

The series is now streaming on Tubi, Red Coral, Fawesome, and YouTube.

Stephen continues to write scripts, develop ideas, and wait for the next big opportunity.
